I’ve not been here for a while but could use some advice.
So far, the only tickets I had opened at OVH were for things like API questions and I remember getting answers to them within 1-2 days.
Now (like 6 years later I guess) things look different.
On 22.12. I ordered a new domain.
On 31.12. I found out it was stuck somewhere in between, already billed (100+ Eur for that one), but not even registered yet.
I’ve opened a “misc” ticket on 31st.
On 5.1. I opened another one because I seemingly found the right category.
I’m aware holidays and weekends happened, but I think there was also 1-2 working days in those ~14 days.
Is there some advice how I should go about this?
I didn’t find anything related (besides the big OVH outages of course, but those are kinda a month+ ago and shouldn’t stop service like this?)
